The
Aftermarket Inside Sales Associate is a self motivated individual who wants to learn and develop skills for a challenging career in sales.

This position is US remote based and reports to the Sr Manager of Inside Sales.


Essential Duties and responsibilities:


  • Generate and negotiate quotes for fixed price services, consumables, software, software licenses, parts orders and creates sales strategies to meet/exceed the sales plan.
  • Demonstrate use of telephone selling skills, such as making good opening statements, connecting with the customer, building relationships, asking openended and high gain questions to determine needs, provide solutions using our products, creating the value proposition, and closing the deal.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Life Sciences or similar discipline is desired as well as any marketing concepts or training
  • One or more years experience in a Sales role, preferably in life sciences or similar industry
  • Prior experience selling service, consumables and software agreements is a big plus.

Additional Requirements:


  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 30 % as needed for events and engagements. Greater Ontario area preferred
  • Meeting Vendor Credentialing requirements are an essential element of this position (vaccination requirements such as Hepatitis B/C, or others as required by our vendors). #LIremote
