Job Requirements:


  • Visually inspect machined parts for timely delivery.
  • Assemble, clean, mark, and package various parts to Production Sheet specifications.
  • Manual Material Handling of parts and components up to 50lbs on occasion.
  • Data Entry and documentation requiring all work timelines and tasks logged into Epicor.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of precision measuring instruments (calipers and micrometers)
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a minimum of supervision.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality and strong attention to detail.
  • A high level communicator who is selfmotivated and dependable.
  • Adheres to and maintains safe work practices, including WHMIS 2015 requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requires work on Early Shifts and being available for travel between Schomberg and the Town of Durham on occasional basis._

Must have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available)_.


This role requires fluency in English (read, write and speak).

Salary:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Experience:


  • Dimensional inspection: 2 years (preferred)
  • Deburring: 1 year (preferred)
Rotating Shifts: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Canadian Work Permit, Residency, or Citizenship (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (preferred)
