iGaming Ontario leads the Province of Ontario's new, dynamic, internet gaming (igaming) market that, in its second year generated $63 billion in total wagers, a 78% increase over its first year.

This resulted in $2.4 billion in total gaming revenue from over 45 gaming operators and over 1.6 million active player accounts.

Even more, in its first year Ontario's igaming market is estimated to have sustained more than 12,000 full-time equivalent jobs across the province.

iGaming Ontario is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to join its dynamic team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Contract Oversight, you will fulfil a key role in ensuring that iGaming Ontario's various contracts are managed effectively.


Responsibilities in the role include:


  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, including Legal and the Account Management team, to ensure the contracts are effectively tracked, monitored, and administered.
  • Assisting in the design and user experience testing, developing training and support materials for iGaming Ontario, and providing ongoing training and support to internal and external users of the Contract Management System (CMS).
  • Facilitating the signing of agreement records through third party tools such as DocuSign and Adobe.
  • Acting as the primary business point of contact within iGaming Ontario with the vendor of the CMS and IT to resolve technical issues and to ensure that downtime is minimized.
  • Supporting and maintaining the administration of the CMS.
  • Ensuring that the department's vendor contract(s) are upheld and remain ontrack for invoicing, payments, and maintenance commitments.
  • Coordinating the execution, amendment, and termination of Operator contracts and ensuring that all parties fulfill their contractual requirements expeditiously while representing iGaming Ontario's interest.
  • Coordinating intake and approval of all contractual requirements with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and reporting on contractual requirement status to senior management on an ongoing basis.
  • Developing, executing, and distributing reports within CMS for Contract Oversight team and other stakeholders.
  • Assessing contract compliance performance and making recommendations to leadership on escalations and remediations.
  • Cataloguing all contract requirements and steer contract amendments and changes with internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Contract Oversight team in the administration of contract requirements.
  • Postsecondary education in business, with a focus on contract administration courses, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in commercial contract management and administration.
  • Proficiency with contract management systems is an asset, such as Odyssey or Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with executives, and peers across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to assess complex problems, identify solutions, and drive towards implementation once buyin is obtained by management.
  • Exemplary communication skills and a commitment to service excellence.
  • Knowledge and previous experience with databases/programs and office technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry, including the nature, structure and operations of iGaming operators and iGaming related suppliers is an asset.
  • Detailed oriented, analytical, and welldeveloped organization and planning skills.
  • Strong ability to be adaptive, flexible, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a dynamic, fastmoving and results oriented environment.
This position currently offers a hybrid work location. iGaming Ontario is implementing a minimum three-day per week in-office schedule. iGaming Ontario reserves the right to change this policy and its office location at any time.

This position falls within the scope of a bargaining unit represented by the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU).

In the upcoming months, iGaming Ontario and OPSEU will be negotiating the terms of a collective agreement which, once concluded, will govern the terms and conditions of this position.
