The Position
We are currently looking for a Snow Removal Hand Crew Leader to join our growing team as we gear up for the winter season Enjoy working outdoors with a great group of coworkers, experience leading a small crew, and are interested in joining a company that helps employees become the best versions of themselves and grows their careers in landscaping and snow removal? The successful applicant will work with a variety of tools to help clear snow from client properties after snow events.

This is a part time role with hours based on snow fall; this includes potential evening, overnight, and weekend work.

This is a rewarding position to help serve our communities by making them safe and accessible when the snow falls, and there is opportunity for spring landscaping work once the season is over

Our Expectations:

Complete circle checks on company vehicle and fill out required paperwork
Lead a small crew (23 people)
Snowblow and shovel snow from all driveways and walkways during a snow event
Spread salt on walkways during a snow event
Plow snow when necessary, using snowblower
Load salt and clean salt out of trucks
Enter timesheets into LMN software
Remove all garbage from the truck at the end of the day and ask crew members to do the same

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma
Valid Driver's License
Clean Driver's Abstract
Previous experience leading a small crew
Polite
Positive attitude
Diligent and Energetic in performing tasks
Basic understanding of machine operation
Safety conscious
Available to work days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, depending on the snow fall

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
$22.00-$30.00 per hour
