ASR Group/Redpath Sugar presents a one-year program known as the Canadian Centre of Excellence, designed to elevate international professionals with sugar industry experience to ASR standards. As a Sr. Process Engineer with ASR Group, you'll gain new technical and managerial skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

Understand ASR regulations in Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Environmental areas
Gain proficiency in ASR software functions like process control HMI and statistical process control
Utilize various systems such as lab reports, SAP maintenance, and Visikum
Monitor plant performance and report on technical targets
Interact with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering departments
Contribute to safety, quality, and sustainability programs

Required Education and Experience:

BS Chemical, Mechanical, or Sugar Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum of 8 years' experience in the sugar industry
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
