Job Location:
North Vancouver, British Columbia

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating payroll
  • Issuing invoices to customers and tracking accounts receivable
  • Maintaining financial records and preparing documents for financial statements
  • Tracking accounts payable and paying suppliers
  • Preparing and filing periodic tax returns
  • Supervision of Administrative Assistant duties (AP/AR, HR, office management, reception)
  • Quarterly Business planning

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance management or a degree in a related discipline
  • Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Detail oriented with a drive for quality and accuracy
  • Strong numerical, analytical thinking, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven communication and collaboration skills and passion for work in a team environment
  • Authorized to work in Canada
