Responsibilities:


  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design and implement effective IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and identify technical challenges.
  • Develop and document technical specifications, system configurations, and data models.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct technical research and analysis to support decisionmaking and technology selection.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams, including developers, system administrators, and project managers, to deliver successful projects.
  • Provide training and support to endusers to ensure proper system usage and adoption.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a technical analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, system analysis, and database management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and technical analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience with technical documentation and report writing.
