Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

Three (3) year Diploma/Degree or equivalent in a Business related field;
Minimum of five (5) years experience working within an Employment Services office, community economic development role or a related government operation, preferably in a consulting role or as a labour market planner
Experiencing working within an Employment Ontario funded program is an asset;
Experience supporting the gathering of statistical information and analyzing data;
Experience supporting the writing of reports/newsletters;
Experience making presentations (both in person and virtually);
Experience facilitating group discussions/focus groups;
Comfortable with public speaking;
Strong organizational and computer skills;
Administrative skills to support events and activities, including scheduling, taking minutes, confirming attendance, securing space for in person meetings, etc.;
Valid Ontario Class G Driver's license.
