Job Title:
Full Time Audio Visual Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Manager


Job Type:
Full time, Average 40-44 hours per week


Start Time:
As soon as possible

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Manage all the incomings and outgoings at the warehouse. Including labeling, tracking, storage and communication with the supervisor.
  • Add orders and shipping/receiving items to the warehouse tracker
  • Prepare and ship orders as needed
  • Receive order as needed
  • Assist with managing new equipment inventory, physical and software related such as barcoding and ingesting items.
  • Resolve shipping/receiving conflicts and issues by contacting clients and/or vendors and notifying the supervisor.
  • Assist with tracking of missing items.
  • Contact customers when missing items from orders
  • Organize shipping receiving area
  • Gather warehouse recycle items and take them to dumpster
  • Create, update and execute orders for specific sales agents when necessary
  • Maintain general warehouse organization
  • Assist with labor and logistics as necessary
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Assist with client management when necessary

  • Adapt to changing priorities
  • Follow instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagram, or schedule form)
  • Experience with Flex Rental Solutions Software

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:


  • Be respectful, punctual, & reliable
  • Minimum 1 years AV experience
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Experience operating a reach style forklift
  • Forklift license for reach truck


  • Preferred

  • Valid "G2" Ontario Driver's License & a clean record

Please note:

Sometimes, this position requires a flexible work schedule; sometimes you may be asked to work nights, weekends, and holidays.


Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
