Job Description:


What You'll Do:


  • Lead system solution design for all Manufacturing and Warehousing processes
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of Manufacturing, Warehousing and Production Planning ERP processes in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Review, analyze and define current/future state system processes and develop functional and technical specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts for identified development, system modifications, and implementation tasks
  • Actively engage stakeholders to gain firsthand insight into operations and identify areas for improvements and efficiency gains
  • Document and present technical requirements via system and reporting design specifications and asbuilt documentation
  • Promote knowledge transfer within the technology team and other business units
  • Understand data mapping and data flow within the supported systems
  • Configure modules and platform workflows in their designated system
  • Work with operational and third party teams to validate technical processes and system performance
  • Engage with solution architects and engineers to design and configure solutions
  • Establish the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of functional and technical requirements to create viable specifications and acceptance criteria for solutions
  • Develop test cases and test scripts and support the QA team in planning and executing the testing
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical support procedures and reference materials
  • Develop content, as required, for training modules, deliver training, and provide and guidance to system users and department staff
  • Facilitate system implementation and data migration tasks in support of projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


Let's Talk About You:


  • University Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience as a Functional Consultant or Analyst, implementing Manufacturing and Warehousing solutions in a technology role
  • Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate certification is an asset
  • Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA is preferred
  • Certification and/or training in Microsoft PowerBI, SQL, Azure, SharePoint are also an asset
