Job Description Management Development Program - Overview**The Toronto Maple Leafs are committed to advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion by eliminating barriers, accelerating development, and creating a lasting impact in our community. We believe in inclusion and are determined to influence change that addresses systemic issues in the sport of hockey as well as within the communities we represent.


In line with our commitment, the Toronto Maple Leafs will be launching the fourth year of our Management and Coaching Development program, offering a full-time, paid contract management position during the season from September 15, 2024, to July 15, 2025.


The individual selected for the Management Development program will receive a salary commensurate with experience up to $75,000 CAD, paid semi-monthly.

Travel and accommodation to required NHL and AHL events will be covered as part of the program experience.
