General Responsibilities:

Direct equipment operators on grade adjustment to achieve the correct grade for the job
Identifies hazards on site
Locates boundaries of the jobsite by measuring distances from reference points
Correctly use survey equipment to verify the elevation of graded surfaces
Staking proper horizontal and vertical grade on earthworks projects
Work with Project Managers and Foremen to solve any onsite issues
Behavioural Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and hand signals
