    (PIB) a Navacord Broker Partner based in Elmira, ON is searching for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team.

    As a Group Benefits Customer Service Representative, your objective will be to provide support for our advisors and group clients.

    You will be responsible for direct client support, advocating on behalf of the client with carriers and supporting the advisor to ensure that we are delivering a superior client experience.

    Wealth Management & Financial Planning

    Provide ongoing support to Plan Administrators and Advisors by being the lead contact for service and administrative inquiries
    Coordinate new plan implementations, plan amendments and carrier changes
    Provide our clients with a superior level of service
    Aid in the translation and creation of French materials

    Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a service-oriented team member who can positively and productively impact strategic administration initiatives
    Excellent computer skills and proficiency with client management system (EPIC).
