Marketing Assistant - Canada Summer Job
Duration: 16 weeks

Status:
Temporary, full-time

Wage:
$20.00/hour

As a member of our team, you will provide insight and innovative solutions for optimizing marketing processes, social media communication / engagement strategies, and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities

Managing Arbutus CRM and lead distribution
Assisting with local advertising efforts
All sales admin duties, including contract administration
Managing stock/inventory of all sales and marketing collateral
Meeting minutes
Creating and assisting with logistics for sales, marketing and community events
Ensures files and documents are well kept
Carry out and administer market research
Assist with the development of engaging social media content
Assist in the creation and editing of marketing collateral written, video, and photo content
Review analytics and create reports on key metrics
Support social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
Develop strategic marketing initiatives
Other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a postsecondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related discipline.
Familiarity with marketing and graphic design platforms is considered an asset
Proficient in the use of technology platforms knowledge of Yardi is an asset
Proficient using Microsoft Office
Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
Be organized, interpersonal and strong communicator with the ability to build excellent relationships with customers
Highly organized with attention to detail
Strong aptitude for sales and customer service
Exceptional analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Must have a high degree of professionalism
Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.
