NYRC is seeking a
Reports Coordinator (internally known as a Quality Assurance Coordinator) to join our team
The
Report Coordinator is responsible to ensure IME reports are completed at the highest level of quality and integrity and in full compliance with client contractual agreement, regulatory agency standards and/or federal and state mandates.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a medical or legal office would be an asset.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent Microsoft Word formatting, editing and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues
- A detailoriented, responsive, meticulous and proactive nature
- Ability to follow procedures with accuracy and consistency
- Proven attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language (written and oral)
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high quality standards

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Coordinate with external transcription companies
- Receive and draft reports from assessors and upload into database
- Format draft medicallegal reports based on template and quality assurance checklist
- Ensure that company service level agreements, clients' expectations, and government regulations are abided by
- Receive report requests from clients and notify assessors of requests and deadlines
- Ensure that all case details are correctly entered into database for accurate tracking
- Track addendum deadlines to ensure addendum reports are delivered in a timely manner
- Additional duties as assigned
