NYRC is seeking a
Customer Success Specialist - Medical (internally called a Business Development Associate) to join our team in
Atlantic Canada


The successful person will both identify and capture revenue-generating opportunities for NYRC, as well as manage key client and assessor relationships.


Qualifications:

  • 35 years of experience in the medical legal industry
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve and promote quality and monitors own work to ensure quality is met
  • Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed
  • Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently
  • Uses intuition and experience to effectively market the company's services
  • Ability to assist with development and delivery of compelling presentations
  • Demonstrates the ability to problem solve and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and or stressful conditions
  • Must possess the ability to manage change, delays, or unexpected events appropriately
  • Demonstrates reliability and abides by the company attendance policy
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, efficient with the capability of establishing instant credibility
  • Uses good judgment and includes the appropriate people in the decisionmaking process

Responsibilities:


  • Identify other market sectors that NYRC can enter and develop plan to do so
  • Develop and maintain a client lead list filled with prospective new clients
  • Identify new leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new and existing contacts.
  • Responsible for new physician recruitment efforts based on recruitment list
  • Must keep up to date on competitor movements and service offerings
  • Arrange seminars/workshops with current and prospective clients (i.e. lunch and learns)
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Work with colleagues to meet customer needs and to develop new solutions as appropriate
  • Work collaboratively with NYRC and NYRC subsidiary companies
  • Visit existing and previous clients and perform needs discoveries as needed (remediate situations and receive feedback to help develop new solutions)
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns as needed (this includes ordering of materials, designing new assets, and executing the campaign)
  • Do all the admin work that goes with the above (internal staff can assist occasionally)
  • Responsible for meeting quarterly targets and key performance indicators (KPI's) as outlined in their Growth Plan.
  • Will be expected to participate in internal Business Development Learning Sessions hosted by the National Director
