Description
You will train a team of 2 + Product Specialists who are striving to become Senior Product Specialists (SPS). You will train new reps on how to prospect leveraging our technology and systems. You will train them on having an effective discovery call and how to complete a compelling software demo. You will meet weekly with your team as a group and individually with each member of your team.


You will also be responsible for recruiting new members of your team as existing members graduate into the Senior Product Specialist role and you let go team members who you deem not to have the skills to graduate into an Senior Product Specialist.


You have experience in:

  • Presales including Conducting discovery calls and demoing software.
  • Training on different softwares.
  • Sales admin and prospecting including leveraging a CRM to be organized.
  • Educator: you are good at teaching people new skills
  • Detailoriented: you understand sales is a numbers game and you know yours
  • Passion for sales. you love sales and have a passion for helping others succeed
- you have a strong track record of success in sales. You are able to share your own experiences and insights to help others learn and grow.

  • Communication skills. You are an effective communicator. You can clearly and concisely explain complex sales concepts. You should also be able to build rapport with your trainees and create a positive learning environment.
  • You can empathize with your trainees. You understand the challenges that new salespeople face and are able to provide relevant and helpful advice.
  • You are patient and understanding, and willing to offer ongoing support and encouragement.
  • Leadership skills. You are a strong leader. You can motivate and inspire your trainees, and you can create a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
[1] In order to be promoted, a Product Specialist must close at least one deal per month for three consecutive months.
