Hospitality Administrator - Edmonton, Canada - Right Choice Camps & Catering Ltd.
Description
Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, andrepairs.- Ensures compliance with local, provincial, and federal government requirements regardingpermits.
Ensure field locations have proper IT equipment.
- Provides administrative support such as:
oTrack Staff Driver Timesheets
oWeekly Payroll Administration
oWeekly Meal Sheet Tracking
oSubmit required permits.
oanswering phones, sorting, and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
- Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
Qualifications:
- Business diploma/degree is required.
- Two years or more of related experience is preferred.
- A cheerful outlook and outgoing personality are essential.
Ability to interact professionally with customers and co-workers.
