Description
Performs or facilitates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, andrepairs.

  • Ensures compliance with local, provincial, and federal government requirements regardingpermits.
Maintains inventory of office and site supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
Ensure field locations have proper IT equipment.

  • Provides administrative support such as:
oTracking Fleet

oTrack Staff Driver Timesheets

oWeekly Payroll Administration

oWeekly Meal Sheet Tracking

oSubmit required permits.

oanswering phones, sorting, and distributing mail, and preparing documents.

  • Maintains office files; implements an efficient system for other staff to access files and records.
Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Business diploma/degree is required.
  • Two years or more of related experience is preferred.
  • A cheerful outlook and outgoing personality are essential.
Proven decision-making ability with high attention to detail.
Ability to interact professionally with customers and co-workers.
