Our work is conducted at the request of First Nations, federal and provincial government agencies and ministries, private sector corporations, and private landowners.

We have a proven track record of excellence and innovation in our field and are committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients and stakeholders.


We are seeking a strategic, highly flexible, and organized Admin professional to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Victoria Office.

This role requires working onsite Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

_ What you will be accountable for_

  • General maintenance of office services
  • Supervision of employees
  • Manage centralized corporate communication.
  • Perform timekeeping payroll related activities.
  • Manage Technology solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint master, Terra intranet)
  • Operations team support
  • Office supplies management
  • Perform office site audit (office & staff house equipment and needs etc.)
  • Manage procurement and deployment of Employee work tools.
  • Work with HR Manager in the execution of Companywide initiatives.

_ What do you need to have_

  • Bachelor's degree in business/HR Management or related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years in an Office Manager, Admin or HR related role managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs before they are asked.
  • Time management proficiency: ability to multitask are essential to this position.
  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing deadlines and project requirements.
  • General knowledge of local and provincial geography is preferred for this position. Tech savvy

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): Frequent standing and walking, Occasional bending, kneeling, carrying, and lifting.


Visa Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. Currently, we do not assist in securing Canadian work authorization or visa sponsorship.
