Janitor/Cleaner Needed Immediately

Domus Building Cleaning Ltd. is looking for qualified
Heavy Duty Cleaner for an immediate position located within
Downtown area. Domus has been in operation for over 50 years with more than 500 employees in multiple provinces and has an excellent reputation as a janitorial services provider.

Competitive Wage Rate of $17.20 per hour to start

This position is part-time, Monday to Friday, and will be from 5pm to 9pm period.

Security checks of various types may be required.

Main Responsibilities:

Must be knowledgeable in floor scrubbing and burnish floors
Clean assigned areas by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and waxing floor surfaces in assigned areas by use of mechanized cleaning equipment wherever required
Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis
Operate carpet machines of various types
Spot clean walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches and doors, window sills
Wipe and sanitize all public utilities such as public phones, furniture, and door handles
Food Court experience or post construction cleanup a plus
Cleaning the washroom, sanitizing, mopping, and restocking of supplies
Follow preset policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a safe working environment

Other duties and responsibilities as required
