Responsibilities:


  • Represent the firm externally with clients and suppliers;
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients and participate in the canvassing of new clients;
  • Act as an expert in work climate assessments and neutral evaluations, manage files/projects from A to Z, and participate in the development of new methodologies and tools to continually improve the firm's services;
  • Ensure that deadlines are met, that budgets are monitored and adhered to, and organize regular validation points with the professionals under his/her supervision to guarantee the profitability and productivity of mandates. Ensure quality control of deliverables and act as a strategic contact for clients, anticipating their future needs;
  • Ensure the wellbeing and skills development of professionals, notably through skills transfer, coaching, mentoring, evaluation, training and listening;
  • Personify Latitude's values, act as an example and ensure that employees comply with policies/values;
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of the firm's major strategic orientations. Act as an ambassador for the management team's decisions, ensuring that they are properly understood and applied within the teams.

Experience and skills required:


  • Minimum of six (6) years' relevant experience, for example in conflict prevention and resolution, human resources, organizational psychology, organizational development and/or change management;
  • Undergraduate or graduate university degree in an appropriate field of specialization;
  • Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken;
  • Experience in mediation an asset;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Team spirit and collaborative spirit; and
  • Positive, open and flexible personality.
