KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deployment of new workstations.
  • Hardware upgrades to existing workstations.
  • Mobile device management.
  • User account management using Active Directory.
  • Basic network troubleshooting.
  • Backup verification.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Must have completed a college/university degree/diploma in computer science, engineering, or related.
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience with a formal ticketing system.
  • Experience with escalation procedures.
  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and NTFS.
  • Knowledge of Firewalls and ACL.

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and move desktops and monitors.
  • Some overtime is required.
  • Nice to Have: A+ Certification, Network +, MCP
