Short Description:


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Consumer IOT, you will be a key part of managing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio.

You will also be providing support for planning, marketing, and growth initiatives.

You will have the opportunity to work with vendor partners with a focus on collaborating with internal groups and working independently to support the team.


We are looking for an individual who is able to work across disciplines, keenly understands the value of organization and detail, and is motivated to work in a growth oriented environment.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Working with products to evaluate specific uses cases of concern, specific features, overall user experience. Manage logístical needs during the taketomarket work flow
  • Be involved with inmarket lifecycle management including device issues, feature updates, support and marketing updates
  • Assist with internal system and infrastructure setup within our billing, inventory, and sales platforms
  • Gather and analyze data to help inform decision making; provide data and analysis in presentable formats
  • Research and insight gathering on products, industry trends, consumer habits, market trends
  • Maintain and develop reporting
  • Manage, document, and organize portfolio relevant data and knowledge base
  • Review, manage, and create internal and customerfacing communications and documentation
  • Participate in projects as part of large cross functional groups that may span all areas of the organization from technology, marketing, supply chain, pricing and more
  • Prime projects or tasks that you will lead, and will require cross functional involvement
  • Add value to the team effort by sharing ideas, resources and expertise
  • While working with other internal groups, act as an ambassador of the Consumer IOT portfolio, and take ownership in offering collaboration or support.
  • While working with vendors, act as an ambassador by professionally representing Bell Mobility in accordance with the Bell Mobility value standards

Required Competencies:


  • Requirement for strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and be able to produce deliverables within tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working as part of a team with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Well developed consultative and presentation skills
  • A University degree, professional certification or designation is an asset
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
