The Operations Support Role reports to an Operations Specialist. They will play a key role in driving programs to ensure compliance with Operational, Legal, and Inventory Management tasks. Must be a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for delivering initiatives to drive specific results.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Development and delivery of required Operations reports and documents to demonstrate compliance
  • Monitor and analyze reports and store performance on key Operations metrics to identify opportunities to drive performance
  • Develop communications and streamline online documentation
  • Build crosschannel partnerships to drive program improvements
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications:


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to analyze data and present results
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with store staff and crossfunctional partners
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and concurrent initiatives
  • Selfmotivated for delivering tasks on time with accuracy
  • Collaborate within the team and across team boundaries to execute objectives
  • Be proactive in making Bell and the team better
  • Expect and embrace change
  • French verbal and written fluency is an asset
  • Experience working in retail is an asset

Working Conditions:


  • Overtime may be required for key planning periods to ensure deliverables are on time
