Job Duties include
- Creating and Presenting Power BI dashboards to management
- Reporting
- Identify process improvement opportunities and manage implementation in collaboration with the businesses
- Collaborating with Management
- Assisting in developing framework to access employee skill sets and performance
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications or Business
- Lean/6 Sigma Accreditation considered an asset
- PMP considered an asset
- Strong in analytical thinking to diagnose opportunities and problems, and develop effective solutions to address
- Microsoft office proficiency is required: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Advanced Power BI skills
- Skills in collaboration and team building
- Strong in analytical thinking to diagnose opportunities and problems, and develop effective solutions to address
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
