SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Sales and Scheduling Coordinator will embrace Origin at Home policies, procedures, and philosophies.

Reporting to the Resident Services Manager and the Sales, Marketing & Operations Manager, the Sales Coordinator Is the brand ambassador for Origin Wellness Companions, Origin at Home, Club O, and possibly other affiliate businesses that may arise.

Creating and developing relationships with clients, families and community influencers is primary focus.

The Sales & Scheduling Coordinator oversees the day-to-day scheduling, marketing, & sales activities for Origin at Home, Origin Companions, Club O, and other activities as directed by the Sales, Marketing and Operations Manager.


This involves but is not limited to:

receiving all calls from prospects, conducting cold calls, scheduling visits to meet clients, scheduling and developing the wellness companions' service routines, and securing business and onboarding new clients.

In addition to a keen focus on relationship building, the Sales and Scheduling Coordinator assists in developing a Community Outreach calendar that will include facilitating creative marketing events while understanding the life enrichment branded programs through Club Origin.


The Sales and Scheduling Coordinator will utilize SHERPA, our customer relationship management software, and other software's, to manage interactions with prospective, current, and future clients.

This will create a database which allows you to synchronize and organize your actions.


The Sales Coordinator will continual commit to foster these relationships and embrace The Origin Way to constantly keep values at the forefront.


SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To track all leads, build lead generation and close sales.
  • To promote Origin at Home and increase awareness.
  • To maintain good rapport with team members, clients, families and volunteers.
  • To participate and communicate with community-based organizations.
  • To assess and review the current trends in the senior housing industry.
  • To promote the ideas and standards as developed and provide feedback as required.
  • Foster relationships with prospects to keep Origin at Home top of mind.
  • Schedules frequent home visits and creative follow up actions.
  • Schedule meetings with community team members to keep Origin at Home, Origin Companions, Club O, and any other programs or businesses on the radar for referrals, making regular visits to local senior centers, doctor offices, and 55+ communities to continuously build rapport.
  • Develop Wellness Companions, Origin at Home, and Club O schedules to meet the needs of clients utilizing engagement software.
  • Track all Wellness Companions, Origin at Home Companions, and other affiliated staff members hours for payroll submissions.
  • Make regular visits to convectional and non-conventional referral sources.
  • Follow the marketing plan and provide feedback and necessary updates.
  • Coordinate client documentation following the Origin at Home client journey.
  • Work with all team members to create and grow the internal sales culture.
  • Create and collect content for social media.
  • Mentor and grow the Wellness Companion, Origin at Home, Club O and other affiliate teams to foster collaboration within the community and outside of the community.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would qualify.

Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

  • Completion of Grade XII education or better.
  • 2 or more years' sales experience working with seniors and knowledge of senior's services.
  • Experience in event planning, public speaking, or program facilitation.
  • Compassionate and empathetic.
  • Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check required.
  • Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
  • Part Time, flexible hours are required (able to workdays, nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Professional appearance and uniform policy adherence.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to meet the physical requirements including:

  • Lifting to a maximum of 50 lbs.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, and standing or walking for extended periods.
