We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and be responsible for user engagement and retention by running end to end marketing campaigns.

Whether our user has just signed up on Ritual, or has already placed one thousand orders, you will work with your colleagues to lead and curate their Ritual journey.

You think creatively and use technology to your advantage to achieve your goals.

You will also dive deep into what drives usage frequency and retention in our app, helping us optimize what makes us sticky.

You're an expert at building cross-functional relationships and will work closely with Brand Design, Product and Product Design, and Engineering.


As a Growth Marketing Manager at Ritual you will:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and projects that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Own marketing campaign and project planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, identifying requirements crossfunctionally, managing performance and reporting daily.
  • Work crossfunctionally across multiple teams (i.e. Operations, Engineering, Design) to lead the setup of key marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
  • Coordinate external and internal members of the marketing team to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing events, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Through rigorous data analysis monitor the performance of marketing campaigns; identify and track insights and optimizations that can be leveraged for future campaigns.
  • Communicate (and over communicate) campaign updates to internal stakeholders, including Senior Leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a communication marketing calendar and roadmap for new and existing user communications focused on a testandlearn methodology.
  • Be the voice of the consumer.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager that has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience.
  • 35 years of experience in growth marketing, with a track record of success in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Deep analytical skills, specifically the ability to pull, process, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions
  • Expertlevel Excel/Google Sheets skills plus familiarity with SQL, Looker, and other BI Tools.
  • An ownership mindset, a passion for organizing crossfunctional plans, eliminating blockers and running campaigns endtoend
  • A selfstarter attitude who is highly organized, detailoriented and always looking for improvements
  • A passion for collaboration and demonstrated success working crossfunctionally to drive projects over the finish line
  • Ability to travel within North America as required
