Understanding of vehicle service and parts is a requirement of the role.

Computer literate
Superior customer service skills
Working knowledge of dealership software PBS
Understanding of automotive parts and vehicle service
Create work orders for perdelivery inspections, deliveries, safety inspections.
Ensure all work is completed on time in a satisfactory manner
Investigate and resolve questionable service events and present all potential options
Process parts and labour quotes on internal work orders.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to customer delivery deadlines
Willingness to continue learning
