Environment Manager - Toronto, Canada - Q1 Technologies
Description
Skills Required:
- Background dealing with environments
- Have Environment lead/ Manager experience
- Should be able to lead and to speak with various integrated teams as needed
- Understand existing environment hierarchies and help move on with the KPIs
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Test Environment Management
- Analyse the log and investigate the Critical Blocker issues with respective components
- Setup the Triage call with respective teams to fix the issue at the earliest
- Work on root cause analysis once the issue is resolved and identify the action item to avoid that issue in future
- Communicate to project stakeholder to plan their work accordingly due to the Outages
Job Types:

Salary:
$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
