Supply Chain Analyst


The Supply Chain Analyst plays an important role in planning, analyzing, and monitoring supply chain distribution to ensure products are delivered and make it to their destinations in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

This position will work on End-to-End supply requirements and as needed specific projects and assignments, serve as the liaison between local and global triangulation process, also analyze and monitor supply metrics and requirements using digital and enhanced tools such as SAP/OMP/Radar/Exceedra etc.

What you will do:


  • Support the EndtoEnd supply chain strategy for assigned brands and develop as well as maintain local master production schedule (Display)
  • Crossfunctionally aligning with teams on innovation supply pipeline strategy and be accountable for defining supply plan for product transitions with mínimal cost to product supply budget and ensuring timely delivery and release of innovations/line extensions to market
  • Provide analysis and recommendation to drive/manage optimal inventory strategies for assigned brands, help maintain safety stock parameters, and help drives continuous improvement strategies to optimize stock levels across network
  • Managing obsolescence through the monitoring of inventory depletion on transitioning materials along with alternate channel opportunities for stranded excess FG inventory and present information in operations and executive demand review meetings
  • Collaborates with Demand Planning to convert forecast into production/inventory requirements for internal and external suppliers (Supply and Demand balance)
  • Monitoring and achievement of Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (e.g., Case Fill Rate, OTIF, potential lost sales, Forecast Accuracy/Bias, Inventory Days of Supply, and writeoff)
  • Acts as change coordinator for NPIs, TL's, and Product eliminations (SYNAPS, PROMAT)
  • Collaborates with QA teams on product releases, tracks, and maintains SCM KPIs, sends out and facilitate backorder report meetings
  • Supports pulling Supply information analyze and create executive decks for customers as required
  • Help monitor all inbound milestones and ensure timely delivery and release of CH portfolio, to minimize impact to CFR and sufficient OH inventory
  • Partners on SC projects, consistently seek ways to improve E2E supply chain management, including evaluating approaches, processes, tools, and technology and share learnings with broader team

Who you are:


  • BA/BS degree in a business, logistics, or technical discipline with +5 year's experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Supply chain management experience in consumer products, pharmaceutical or ISO regulated industry is required.
  • Mandatory experience working with advance planning tools such as SAP/OMP/Exceedra or equivalent System experience in CPG
  • Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) Production Planning, Purchasing, Demand
  • Proven results with building strong customer relationships and delivering customercentric solutions
  • APICS certification would be considered an asset
  • Effective communication: Collaborate with crosscultural teams, external stakeholders/vendors and colleagues in regard to E2E supply chain. In addition, strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills with small and large audiences across the organization
  • Critical thinking and problem solving: Develop and implement logístical plans, coordinate the complex movement of products between plants, suppliers, warehouses, and customers, respond to issues that inevitably arise in a timely manner, and find solutions to improve product delivery, costs and efficiency
