Position Summary


Amacon is looking for a Social Media Analyst to work closely with the Sales & Marketing team on a variety of programs.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Analyst will be engaged in the development and execution of a wide variety of user analytics and communications programs that support the firm's strategic objectives.


Position Responsibilities

  • Creating and scheduling paid ads on Meta and Google, boosting organic content to reach a wider audience
  • Managing social media profiles, responding to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Creating monthly SEO and analytics reports for social media channels, eblasts, and websites
  • Scheduling posts and content on social media platforms as well as blog posts on websites
  • Writing blogs for websites, eblasts and social media campaigns
  • Developing and implementing effective social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty
  • Work with principle designer to create original and engaging social content including stories and reels, that resonates with our target audience

Qualifications & Experience

  • A strong background in social media management and marketing, with a proven track record of creating successful campaigns and increasing online engagement
  • Experience with marketing real estate and hospitality is an asset
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g. Canva, etc.) is an asset
  • Experience working with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Proficiency using website builders like Wix or WordPress to update content is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities quickly and effectively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extremely detailoriented and accurate
