About the Role:


As a Project Manager, Business Operations (Biz Ops), you will be responsible for collaborating with teams and leadership across the organization to lead projects that drive meaningful results for the corporate strategic priorities.

You are the "connective tissue" aligning stakeholders across the organization to achieve success as a unified team.


A Day in the Life:


  • Work with the Director of Biz Ops to prioritize, analyze and devise plans for key corporate initiatives
  • Plan and lead highimpact crossfunctional initiatives that will drive meaningful results toward corporate OKR's (objectives and key results)
  • Define project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and managing changes through the project life cycle
  • Optimize best practices, crossfunctional project methodologies, project artifacts and status reports
  • Define key project metrics to monitor and communicate the success of projects
  • Reporting and escalating issues, delays as they arise
  • Own outcomes, ensure delivery on KPIs, develop and manage relationships with relevant crossfunctional stakeholders
  • Responsible for stakeholder management and active risk mitigation, you are actively managing risks involved in building and strategizing projects across a crossfunctional team

What you bring to the team:

  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and/or teams related to Operations, Strategy and/or Growth
  • University degree, PMP is not required but would be a great "nice to have"
  • Experience working with project management and reporting tools
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Experience delivering results in crossfunctional, highgrowth, and fastpaced environments
  • Proven track record of managing endtoend companywide projects
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • A natural problem solver
- able to navigate divided opinions and complex decisions

  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of intricate crossdependencies
