Description

Nuvo Iron is the leading provider of residential and commercial chain link, iron fencing, and ornamental decking and accessories in North America.

We manufacture quality fence and deck products and distribute to major retailers and fence installers across the globe.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Enter and update customer orders by retrieving data from the company's E-Commerce site; ensuring accuracy at all levels
Pack orders and prepare for shipping, ensuring all details are accurate
Ensure all retailers specifications and guidelines are met
Communicate status of orders, inquiries, and issues; identify delays in shipments and followup with logistics providers
Process invoices through SAP and customer platform
Review open orders and deliveries to ensure closure
Follow up with inquiries related to shipments (i.e. reships, returns and credits)
Maintain appropriate inventory levels, ensuring stock rotation practices are in place in E-Commerce designated work area
Assist in keeping the warehouse and yard organized, safe and efficient
Cross train with other team members
Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Completion of high school or equivalent
Previous Ecommerce experience would be preferred
Effective communication skills (written and verbal), organizational and time management skills to prioritize orders and job tasks
High level of concentration and focus required; problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to take direction and follow verbal and written instructions with mínimal supervision
Basic math skills; strong computer skills (SAP knowledge an asset) with the ability to utilize many different software platforms
Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs

Salary:
$18-$22/hr.
