has been in the construction field for over 35 years and is widely known to be one of the more prominent curb and sidewalk contractors in the GTA and surrounding areas.

We also operate a siteworks division specializing in parking lot construction and site servicing as a General Contractor.

Responsibilities include:

Assist Site superintendent and Project Manager with ordering of materials, coordination of subcontractors and overall management and construction of jobsite
Assist Site Superintendent with grade control through both traditional means (i.e. batterboard) as well as more modern methods utilizing GPS and Total Station
Assist Site Superintendent with the incorporation and management of all necessary safety protocols
Read drawings and specifications to assist in the management and construction of our site developments

Requirements:

Effective communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to interact with staff, vendors, suppliers, field staff and senior management
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to handle multiple duties in a fastpaced environment
Must possess a valid driver's license

- _OACETT Associate Member would be considered
as a plus_
