Description

The Quality Analyst will be in charge of inspecting products at different phases in their development to ensure they meet a set of consistent standards.

Their duties include performing visual inspections, recording quality issues and planning processes to decrease the instance of defects in products.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience_: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or related experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
Developing and implementing standards for inspection
Developing a workflow for product inspection
Communicating with other team members to solve problems
Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Experience with QA testing required with a focus on feature validation
Experience with QA for a Web based software is a plus
Knowledge of QA Regression testing
Organized, resourceful
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Stock market trading exposure is a big plus but is not required.
Ability to think outside the box when testing a feature is an important skill.
