We have 100+ employees worldwide and revenues approaching $20 million annually. We are currently seeking a Technical Writer to join our team. We are a product-minded, customer driven team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education/Experience_: 2+ years as a Technical Writer in the fintech industry
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with the project and product teams to understand upcoming features and releases to capture the value
- Produce and maintain highquality user guides, integration guides, API specifications, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- 2+ years' experience working in an agile environment with experience in Jira desired.
- Experience working with UI screenshots, sample code, data schemas, etc.
- Familiar with basic graphic design principles
