    Kiro Wellness Centre is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Casual Administrative Services Assistant to join their team in Trail, B.C.

    The working hours rotate between days from 8:30 to 16:30.

    This position is Casual, meaning there are no guaranteed hours, and the work requirements may vary. At Kiro Wellness Centre, many careers start with casual employment and can lead to permanent or temporary job opportunities.

    What will be your responsibilities?
    In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

    • Data entry such as gathering, organizing, and verifying information, as well as typing correspondence
    • Preparing presentations, scheduling meetings, transcribing minutes, arranging travel, and managing records
    • Booking and confirming client appointments, handling cash transactions, and maintaining medical/surgical supplies

    You will also be involved in cleaning and setting up rooms, sanitizing equipment, weighing/measuring babies, and conducting vision screenings.

    Requirements for application:

    • A recent supervised 5-minute Typing Test with a speed of 40 wpm or higher completed within the last 24 months
    • A Medical Office Assistant Certificate
    • A valid BC Driver's License
