About the Opportunity

As the Assistant Manager reporting to the Scheduling Operations Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the integrated staff scheduling team. This role involves decision-making, leadership, and fostering quality improvements within the office. You will be responsible for guiding the scheduling team, working closely with various stakeholders, and contributing to continuous quality enhancements.

The Assistant Manager will co-lead and organize the Integrated Scheduling Services within the zone, providing direction to the team and collaborating with other scheduling specialists. Building key relationships with unit managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders is essential for success in this role.

About You

If you have a Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration or Education, along with scheduling and Human Resources experience, you might be the perfect fit for this role. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and work collaboratively will be crucial in this position. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HR software are also important.

Hours

Permanent Full-Time (100%) position, 75 Hours Bi-Weekly

Compensation and Incentives

$44.09 Hourly
