    Join our team as the Team Lead, Project Administration (PA) and transform strategy into successful project delivery. Reporting to the Manager, PMO, you'll enhance efficiency and optimize processes by integrating people and data.

    Drive the long-term vision for the Project Administrator group, collaborate with ENMAX Power and Field Services leaders, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

    This role offers the chance to lead the project administration team and contribute to the organization's strategic goals. Coordinate the prioritization of work and schedules to provide administrative support for Project Delivery
    Lead a team that will support the Project Managers at the portfolio, program and project level within Project Delivery, including KPI's and metrics
    Contribute to transparency and decision making through timely updating, tracking and reporting on the status of all capital projects and programs (budget, scope and schedule) to the Project Manager
    Manage high diverse team providing crucial support for projects, programs or for cross functional initiatives by providing project administration functions including maintaining/monitoring KPISs and metrics
    Providing clear direction, setting expectations, maintaining high engagement and establishing/managing team/individual goals

    Work closely with PMO leads who are responsible for process development and collaborating across the organization, provide administrative support on initiatives or objectives.

    Minimum of 5 years administrative experience with at least 2 years of leading team or supporting senior management levels
    Post-secondary degree related to engineering, project management, business or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
    Managing roadmaps
    Prioritizing projects and providing project oversight
    Training others on best practices, processes, and/or use of technology
    Power BI knowledge is an asset
    Working in a unionized environment would be an asset
    Working in a regulated, electrical utility environment would be an asset
    High degree of initiative with ability to pivot and manage priorities

    Location:

    This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB).

    You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

    Initial interviews may be done virtually as well as parts of our on-boarding and job training may be completed remotely.
