Role Summary:


  • We are building a Lead Sourcing team at Patsnap to support our growing Sales Development team. As a Data Entry Clerk (Lead Sourcer), you will provide data extraction and research support in building a pipeline of leads for our Sales Development team. You will be collecting data on potential client business information, job titles, and contact information, empowering our Sales Development team to make cold calls. This is a great role for a taskoriented new grad who is wanting to experience their first role in tech


This is a hybrid position in our Toronto office with the expectation of coming in three times a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Track and maintain a lead generation database of potential clients.
  • Extract data from Patsnap's platform into Excel.
  • Research contact information and titles for Patsnap customer personas.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management.
  • Develop an understanding of Patsnap's products, services and user personas.
  • Become proficient in the sales enablement tech stack (ie. Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha) to enable efficient lead sourcing to hit rolespecific OKRs.

  • You are taskoriented and like to get things done.
  • A Bachelor's Degree and previous work or internship experience are nicetohaves.
