Central Plains Co-op is hiring a Gas Bar Manager at our C-Store in Perdue, Saskatchewan.

What you'll do:


The successful applicant will be responsible for the strategic direction and overall operations of the Perdue Gas Bar including overseeing inventory management, department budgeting, business planning and sales and expenses.

They will complete claims and invoices and ensure environmental standards are upheld.


The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, provide exceptional customer service, work co-operatively with all stakeholders and promote teamwork.

Along with possessing effective leadership skills to support Team Members and Team Leaders, they will demonstrate effective time management, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

  • You're able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons evening and weekends.
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
  • Have a valid Class 5 or better Driver's License, and will be required to maintain a valid Propane Dispensing Certification.
  • Previous retail supervisory experience along with a background in a Gas Bar/C-Store setting, card lock operations and/or the petroleum industry would be considered an asset.
