Description

Full-time Maintenance Technician 2 contract position required for busy Airport Hotel.

Responsibilities and functions include:
- perform repairs on all hotel equipment, including small appliances, laundry equipment, boiler, plumbing, pool equipment, HVAC, hand power tools
- painting and caulking
- electrical and /or HVAC certification would be an asset
- must be able to lift heavy objects.
- walking and standing required for the most part of the day
- manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary machinery and equipment.
- security checks throughout hotel
- other duties as required

Must have good oral communication skills to interact with guest and fellow employees.

Good writing skills require to enter information in log books.

Must be available to work morning and afternoon shifts

*Must have a valid work permit.
