About the Position
Full time Utility - this is an entry level position in a large flour milling plant in Mississauga, Ontario.

In order to meet the requirements of this job posting, the applicant will be cross-trained in all operational positions to facilitate operational needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to, material handling, light maintenance, and cleaning
Adhering to GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and Safety Rules is essential
This position also includes general sanitation duties following established GMPs for our food safety programs

Required Skills and Qualifications

Must be able to work from heights, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, and bend
May be required to lift 55 lbs. / 22 kg
Must be able to work in a variety of hot, cold, or wet conditions
Shift work, overtime, and weekends will be required
The successful applicant will be competent when working with machinery, including the ability to safely troubleshoot operational issues
Basic computer skills, numeracy and record accuracy are also necessary to succeed at this role
There is room for further advancement in this role
