- P&L responsibility: Manage financial performance in Southern Alberta, including budgeting, operational forecasting, sales forecasting, CRM administration, service WIP management, and project execution.
- Departmental Management: Supervise and coordinate BU project and service departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Resource Optimization: Effectively allocate resources to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and uphold quality control processes to maintain industry standards and customer expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong client relationships, address concerns, offer technical expertise, and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate teams while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, creating a safe working environment.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of Operations Management experience in HVAC, Electrical, or Building Automation.
- Strong technical background in HVAC, Electrical systems, and Building Automation technologies.
- At least 5 years of Project Management expertise, including planning and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Project Management software and financial accounting systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
