Job Description:
Part Time: 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Purchase Order (PO) & Article Creation and Maintenance 60%
- In coordination with the Buyer, create and maintain articles within our Product Management system (PIM)
- Ensure purchase orders are entered in a timely manner and in accordance with department standards
- Review order confirmations and flag any discrepancies in a timely manner to the respective Buyer
- Liaise with the vendor community regarding purchase orders from initial order communication, through to the orders being received
- Partner with internal SSENSE teams regarding purchase orders including Logistics, Warehouse, and Studio
Operation Support 40%
- Provide strong follow up to the buying team on varying daytoday operational tasks including crossdepartmental communication, and inseason management needs
- Support the Buying team on adhoc crossfunctional requests to increase business knowledge, for example PR requests, editorial story support, seasonalmarketing
- Support customer services and personal shopping with product and inventory enquiries, with the support of Buyers and Buying Managers
- Generate accurate weekly inter and crossdepartmental sales data reports for the Menswear Buying team
Qualifications:
- Working towards a degree in Business, Buying, Merchandising, or a related field
- Ability to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
