Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Dispatch to efficiently and professionally complete assigned tasks, including soil sampling, plant tissue testing, carbon sampling, boundary mapping, crop mapping, and other precision agriculturerelated activities.
Conduct outdoor work in all weather conditions, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Perform basic reporting and tracking for daily jobs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Handle and label samples meticulously, recognizing the importance of maintaining data integrity.
Safely operate company equipment and adhere to all safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, representing Deveron with professionalism and expertise.

Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including cold, rain, wind, and sun.
Highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
Proficient in basic reporting and tracking procedures.
Demonstrated ability to handle and label samples accurately.
Excellent customer service skills with a clientfocused approach.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a pickup truck with a trailer and ATV (driving records check required).
Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. and walking for extended periods in fields.
Experience with precision agriculture or familiarity with related concepts is a plus.
Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance, daily care, and minor repairs.
