As a member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Contribute to setting ESG standards across Retail, Office and Residential businesses in Canada
Provide day to day follow up to teams and sites in relation to the delivery of sustainability programs and targets
Support the development and implementation of tools and protocols to embed sustainability performance in operations (tracking of sustainability action plans)
Review and support implementation of Net Zero Strategies
Coordinate with third party consultants contracted by sites
Lead research into ESG trends across real estate industry
Support the preparation of internal and external material around key sustainability projects
Support sites with environmental reporting, including but not limited to GRESB, LEED, BREEAM, WELL, Fitwel, BOMA


To succeed in this role, you have:3-5 years' experience in ESG/Sustainability in real estate or in consulting specific to real estate
Degree in environmental studies or engineering is desirable
Familiarity with global Green Building Certification programmes
Strong interpersonal and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and their expectations
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure to meet deadlines
Experience using Azure data services, Power BI and/or asset management tools an asset, but not required
Global or multi-national corporate experience is strongly preferred
