JOB DESCRIPTION

Process Accounts Payable invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
Assist operations department with preparation of quality inspection packages
Maintain "Sign-In" policy and records
Maintain office supplies and supply room
Assist with client invoicing and collections
Data entry for administration and other departments
Maintain organization of file storage
Perform COVID19 related special cleaning activities
Assist all departments as required and directed
Answer telephone, direct calls, take messages
Other tasks, projects and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Executive Vice President at their discretion

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

2+ years' proven experience in a similar role
Experience in a manufacturing or mining equipment related industry would be an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent mathematical skills.
Capable to sit, stand, walk, climb, reach, bend and function around equipment and work areas.
Ability to work in a productive, cooperative manner with all personnel.
Proficient computer skills including ability to use standard office software at an advanced level.
Ability to coordinate the flow of documentation.
Positive attitude.
Relevant postsecondary education.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the company.
Ability to work accurately and independently in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment.
Valid driver's license.
