Bilingual End of Term Recovery Specialist

Position Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish contact with clients in a timely manner to arrange payment on lease end balances. Followup on accounts to ensure payment agreements are fulfilled. Gather facts and mediate disputes between customer and dealerships to find a mutually beneficial solution while maintaining brand loyalty.
  • May provide occasional support with Remarketing and Collections activities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide proper documentation as requested. Complete accounts payable requests on legal fees. Accurately resolve outstanding work basket request.
  • Effectively contribute to a team culture, by effectively collaborating with peers, Leader and Management team to suggest proactive enhancements that will enhance customer loyalty within a reasonable impact to residual risk, legal obligations and new sales.
  • Use communication, analytical and negotiation skills to troubleshoot and escalate mutually beneficial resolutions for highrisk accounts. For example, TKU, high balance and Credit Risk accounts in a timely manner.

Qualifications:


Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree with focus in Business Administration, Computer/Information Science; Economics; or Finance is preferred.
  • 2 years of experience working in Remarketing is preferred.

Technical Skills:


  • Ability to Collect data and establish facts and identify trends and variances.
  • Ability to Integrate information from a variety of sources with varied levels of complexity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze data.
  • Demonstrates organizational and time management skills.
  • Bilingual French required.
