Position Overview:


The
Routes and Partnership Marketing Manager holds a pivotal role in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at optimizing Flair Airlines' route network's performance and enhancing partnerships with key stakeholders.

This position requires a combination of creative and strategic thinking to effectively manage multiple projects across Flair's route network, with a focus on driving awareness, customer engagement, and revenue generation for the Company routes and partnerships.

The role of the Routes and Partnership Marketing Manager will be to develop, coordinate, support, lead, and manage all execution needs for support of Flair route and destination marketing campaigns and initiatives including:


  • Strategic Planning:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our route network and partnerships, aligning with overall business objectives. Strategizing the best marketing alternatives to attract our target audiences by creating and executing strategic and measurable plans to increase brand awareness of Flair and our destinations.

Route Performance Optimization:

Partner with revenue planning & network team to analyze route performance data and market trends and identify growth opportunities, recommend adjustments to route marketing strategies and implement marketing initiatives to maximize route profitability.

Partnership Development:Collaborate with strategic partners, tourism boards, and other stakeholders to enhance and expand partnerships that drive mutual benefits. Management of relevant tourism and business partnership marketing campaigns to build strong visibility in partner markets.

Campaign Management:Lead the development and execution of integrated hyperlocal marketing campaigns for routes and partnerships across various channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and objectives.

Market Research:Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges related to routes and partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with broader business goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Budget Management:Effectively manage the marketing budget for route and partnership initiatives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.


Qualifications & Requirements:


Education:


  • University degree in business, marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field

Experience:
  • Possesses a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role involving the management of diverse portfolios.
  • Demonstrates a robust portfolio of previous successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working in an agency setting is viewed as a valuable asset.
  • Proven track record in establishing and nurturing trusted and mutually beneficial relationships with a variety of internal and external business partners.
  • Proven experience in understanding and leveraging global tourism trends and destination marketing strategies.
